“I'm passionate about exploring group energy in facilitation and empowering groups
to discover their own solutions and outcomes.”
- Aaron Bosch

Aaron joined MosaicLab in April 2023 after more than two decades in senior marketing and customer service roles.

Aaron built his career around supporting and supplying Victorian water corporations and the water treatment industry before deciding to jump into the wonderful world of facilitation.

“MosaicLab has an amazing culture of inclusivity, excellence and learning,” Aaron says.

“It encourages individuals to foster their unique talents and pursue personally meaningful and impactful work.”

A highly innovative facilitator and dynamic creator, Aaron brings to MosaicLab a deep understanding of both the water sector and what it takes to engage, unite and empower people.

Aaron has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and extensive experience creating compelling and valuable content that resonates with his audience and clients.

He thrives on fostering engagement both within and outside of an organisation and has a contagious enthusiasm for turning conflicts into synergy and shared visions.

“I love seeing participants reconnecting during events, especially when I witness individuals with firmly-held, opposing views coming together and finding new ways to move forward together.”

You might not know this about Aaron ...
He loves spending free time with family and friends, playing basketball or music, hiking, going to the beach or geocaching.

He is also just a big kid at heart.

“I try to incorporate a healthy level of play into every day, whether it’s making cubby forts with my five- and eight-year-old boys, packing the guitars and frisbees for a men’s camping weekend or having an impromptu dance party with my wife to Taylor Swift.

“A healthy play mentality keeps me curious and living life fully.

“Alan Watts neatly sums it up, ‘The whole point of dancing is the dance’.”
