HEAR FROM OUR TEAM: WHAT'S IT LIKE TO WORK FOR MOSAICLAB?


TENDER WRITER 

We are looking for an experienced Tender Writer. This is a permanent, full-time position (will consider four days/week) open to residents of Victoria. 

Here’s what the role requires: 

  • Manage and coordinate tenders, ensuring MosaicLab's tender process is carried out effectively and efficiently. 

  • Proactive identification of key objectives of each tender and crafting strategic responses that are well written; including liaising with existing/potential clients to discuss tender specifications. 

  • Establish priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviewing and approval in order to submit all tenders in a timely manner. 

  • Coordinate multiple responses at the same time, ensuring that quality is not compromised; including when there are multiple authors developing responses. 

  • Timely and effective use of our end-to-end management system to track tenders, leads, opportunities and capture data that provides insight into the success of our tendering system. 

  • Ability to develop strong internal rapport in order to extract key information and work under pressure to demanding deadlines.

ENTRY-LEVEL FACILITATION AND ENGAGEMENT CONSULTANTS 

We are looking for two Entry-Level Facilitation and Engagement Consultants. These are permanent, full-time roles open to residents of Victoria. 

Here’s what the roles require: 

  • Provide support to facilitation team while growing and developing facilitation capabilities. 

  • Be responsible for providing a full range of organisational and administrative services to the team. 

  • Provide administrative support to MosaicLab facilitation, planning and engagement projects including preparing and writing workshop reports, sub-editing workshop reports, graphics and workshop templates (online or hard copy), undertaking small-scale research. 

  • Provide backroom facilitation support including preparing templates (hard copy or online), setting up online Zoom/MS Teams meetings, ensuring online template and breakout room functioning for online sessions and equivalent for face-to-face sessions. 

  • Administer data management, support marketing, and provide online support for training enrolments, where required.

SENIOR FACILITATION AND ENGAGEMENT CONSULTANT 

We are looking for two senior Facilitation and Engagement Consultants. These are permanent, full-time roles for residents of Victoria. 

Here’s what the roles require: 

  • Manage small and large projects from start to finish using standard project management tools. 

  • Design and facilitate small (part- or full-day) workshops as well as large-scale, longer-term processes. 

  • Evaluate and report on small- and large-scale facilitation processes. 

  • Design and complete community/stakeholder engagement plans. 

  • Write tenders, blog posts and other materials used by the team. 

  • Build relationships and trust with the team and our clients through open and interactive communication.
